Independent projects

The things I build when nobody's asking me to. Real products with real users, not weekend demos.

Nasher AI

An agentic AI marketing platform: autonomous agents that understand a brand's profile, generate on-brand content, and act on real data. I designed its social analytics engine, including reach-weighted engagement rates, posting cadence and consistency scoring, 7x24 engagement heatmaps, and schedule-to-audience alignment. The kind of math that separates "post at 9 PM" folklore from actual signal.

Motabea (مُتابع)

A smart platform for managing construction and contracting projects, built for the Saudi market: cost estimation, contract management, BOQ items and resources, task and team management, and a central dashboard that turns site chaos into decisions. Serves project managers, engineers, and resource officers, with a 14-day free trial.

  • Arabic-first SaaS for the construction sector

dailyy

A habit tracker that helps you form good habits. Small, focused, and daily by design (hence the name).

Kolidge

An AI-graded coding assessment platform I built for Tanta University staff: practical coding exams with sandboxed code execution and AI-assisted automatic grading. It evaluated 2,400+ students with under 1% dispute cases. Internal university tool, so no public link, but the numbers speak.

Clean Architecture libraries: 200K+ downloads

Open-source NuGet packages that make Clean Architecture easier to implement, with built-in FluentValidation and MediatR support. I use them in my own production projects, and apparently 200K+ downloads worth of other people do too.
